1. Shred the zucchini, dice bell pepper, chop onion.
2. Place zucchini, bell pepper, onion and water in a medium bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes to make the vegetables tender. Drain the vegetables.
3. Mix into the vegetables: egg, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire, marjoram, salt, paprika, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
4. Add beef and gently knead with hands to combine.
5. Form into a loaf shape on a baking sheet. Top with ketchup.
6. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes and let rest 10 minutes.
